RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is due upon receipt of Rental Contract, and is overdue less than 30 days of departure. Reservations made within 30 days require immediate payment. Renter authorizes full payment to be made by any credit reference listed on the Rental Agreement if full payment of contract or addendums is not made within 30 days of departure.

Payment for cash may make the rentals, cashiers check, or all major credit cards. (There will be 4% contract processing fee added)

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
A $1,500-$3,000 (2% of cash value which ever greater) security and damage deposit is required before departure, and is payable in cash or credit card authorized only charge. This deposit covers any damage to the rented Airstream during the rental period up to $3,000, regardless of fault. It also covers any additional charges (cleaning, missing items, additional days, etc.) Incurred related to the rental that were not charged elsewhere in the rental contract or rental application, including traffic tickets or other fines incurred. This deposit also covers all costs and our lost time ($75/hr.), including pre-and post judgment attorney's, legal & collection fees we incur collecting payment from you or otherwise enforcing our rights under this contract. The deposit may be held until the completion of any legal or collection action. The deposit, or unused portion, is refundable with 14 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Reservation cancellations over 15 days before departure are subject to 15%.
2. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days before departure are subject to full rental fee.
3. You may reschedule your rental once after submission of application with no fee.
4. Cancellation charges will be taken from any renters' funds available: prepayments or security deposit.


CLEANING POLICY
A fee to clean the Airstream upon return has been included in this contract. If the Airstream requires additional cleaning beyond 1 hour, the additional fee will be $75/hr. The fee is at the rental company's sole discretion.

SMOKERS OR PETS
There is a $500 fumigation fee for rentals having any evidence of smokers or pets. This charge is at the sole discretion of the rental company. Our main concern is for the health of subsequent renters. We enforce a strict No SMOKING and NO PETS policy, unless authorized in writing in the Pet Addendum.

AIRSTREAM DAMAGE POLICY
You are responsible for:
1. All damage to the Vehicle.
2. All damage or loss caused by blowouts, punctures or other road damage, unless the damage is caused by a "loss" that is collision or comprehensive.
3. If an accident occurs, you are responsible for obtaining a police report, contacting the other party's insurance company and contacting us immediately at (855) 226-2419. We will estimate the damage, if any, and expedite the cleaning and/or repair.
4. Missing equipment.
5. Diminution of the vehicle's value cause by damage to it or repair of it, (Not covered by insurance.) The diminution in value charge is 2% of the value of the Airstream. The value is listed on the "Insurance Binder/Endorsement Request Form" page of the Rental Contract.
6. THEFT & VANDALISM: You are responsible for loss due to theft or vandalism, or attempted theft or vandalism, of the vehicle and all damage due to vandalism that occurs in connection with a theft.
7. You must report all accidents and/or damage involving the vehicle to us within 6 hours of the occurrence. You agree to pay these charges from credit sources listed in this contract, and assume all responsibility to submit accident reports and claims to the proper authorities.

CAMPGROUND RESERVATION POLICY
We are not responsible for campground reservations. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees under this Agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors.

MINIMUM NIGHTS POLICY
3 Nights - Los Angeles - Orange County
4 Nights - Malibu area - San Diego - Palm Spring
5 Nights - Santa Barbara
4 Days - Self-tow

CHECK IN POLICY
Delivery times are generally between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily. It is your responsibility to call us at (855) 226-2419 on the Rental Period Start Date to schedule delivery time.

DROP OFF / PICKUP POLICY
We will drop off and set up the Trailer at the Rental Location on the Rental Period Start Date and pick up the Trailer upon completion of your Rental Period. At the time of drop off, one of our staff members will provide you with an orientation to show you the safe and proper use of the AIRSTREAM and its features. The orientation process can take up to one (1) hour - please allow yourself enough time. There are no refunds for early departures.

GENERATOR POLICY
Our Airstream does not come equipped with a gasoline-powered generator but is available by request. The generator supplies 110volt power to the outlets in the Trailer. The generator also supplies power to the Airstream's microwave oven and roof air conditioner. The generator can be used to recharge the Airstream's 12 volt batteries. The generator is full of fuel (approximately four (1.5) gallons) when rented to you. It is your responsibility to refuel the generator if necessary. A fuel can is provided with the Airstream.

EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION POLICY
The A/C, furnace, water heater, coffee maker, generator, awning, radio, microwave, television, electric jacks, etc... are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, no reimbursements will be made. For assistance, you are advised to consult the informational material in the Trailer or contact Tinno's RV Rental at (855) 226-2419.
